Hours: Monday-Friday, by appointment.
Telehealth: I also offer secure video-based therapy and psychiatric services for those whose location, schedule, or life circumstances make in-person visits challenging. I work with English- and Russian- speaking patients in South Dakota and Pennsylvania, including individuals in high-profile or sensitive roles where discretion and privacy are essential.
